      in today’s scenario it is also the developer’s responsibility to perform at least some of the coding testing. Though it is not expected that he will have the capacity or that his focus should run through the large test plans or test on large stack of devices. However  without the responsibility to review and test his code, a sense of ownership will not develop. we always believe that results will improve if all parties have access to test cases and can run and access them regularly to verify if the latest  changes brought any regression.

      I really have no idea what the testers will do if not testing… In fact, I would like to work as a tester in the future but I literally have no idea what these people are doing. What are the differences between a tester and a technical writer, for example? My brother is a developer living in Greece and he keeps saying that I could find a lot of job opportunities as a tester there and could afford a nice decent property in Greece. It sounds appealing but first I need to learn how are the working conditions.
