What is Defect Report?

When a defect is identified, Testers write a detailed Defect Report to explain the developers all about the defect.

A typical defect report contains-

> Defect ID
> Project Name
> Release Version
> Module Name
> Defect location
> Steps to reproduce the defect
> Expected result
> Actual result
> Status
