Scrum is an agile methodology framework and is used for managing with complex project requirements and quick deadlines in an efficient way.

Why do we need to have Daily Scrum meetings?

Scrum meetings make sure that the work is progressing as expected. Daily Scrum meetings take place every day at same location and around same time. Team members collaborate with each other and review what work has finished previous day and how much is to be finished today. They discuss if there are any potential obstacles and plan on how to overcome them. It lasts for around 15minutes.
